1. Our Services
We’re Stoked2Fix—your go-to team for professional TV mounting and related services. When you book with us, we’ll make sure your TV is safely and securely installed exactly where you want it. Before locking in your appointment, we might need to do a quick site check to confirm everything’s good to go.

2. Free Estimates & Pricing
Our free estimate is based on the details you share—think of it like a friendly ballpark figure. Once we see your space in person, we’ll confirm the final cost. Payment is due when we finish the job, and we accept all major credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. If a payment ever runs late, we’ll charge a small late fee (1.5% per month).

3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
We’ll find a time that works best for you. Need to change plans? No problem! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your slot, and we’ll reschedule at no extra cost. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we charge a $50 cancellation fee—this helps us cover our technicians’ time.

4. Our Warranty & Your Peace of Mind
We stand by our work. If anything goes wrong because of how we installed your TV, let us know within 90 days and we’ll make it right. This warranty covers workmanship only—it doesn’t extend to damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, or changes made by someone else. Beyond fixing our own mistakes, our liability tops out at the amount you paid for our service.

5. What We Need from You
Please make sure the installation area is clear and safe for our team to work. If there’s anything unusual about your walls or wiring, give us a heads-up before we arrive. Also, if you rent or lease, confirm you have permission to mount your TV.

6. Respecting Our Creative Work
We’ve put a lot of love into our website, logos, and materials. You’re welcome to enjoy them, but please don’t reproduce or share our graphics, text, or icons without our written permission.

7. Your Privacy Matters
When you book with us, we collect basic contact and scheduling info. We use it only to coordinate your appointment, process payment, and keep you in the loop. Read our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we protect your data.

8. Handling Disagreements
We hope it never comes to it, but if you and we disagree, let’s talk it out first. If that doesn’t help, we’ll turn to mediation. Failing that, any legal steps will happen in the courts where we performed the service.
